Important Changes Coming to Turnitin in Canvas for Fall 2016

Updates are being made to Turnitin, the plagiarism detection tool in Canvas. The way you create Turnitin assignments in Canvas is changing. Turnitin is retiring the former method and will no longer be supporting it. Starting in your Fall 2016 courses, you will need to use a new method to create Turnitin assignments.

For a step-by-step guide on creating a Turnitin assignment in Canvas, please see the Creating a Turnitin Assignment in Canvas document and video. This new method of creating Turnitin assignments gives you more settings options in the assignment setup. These are explained in the document and video.
